Project Design Consultants (PDC) was retained by Turner-Penick to provide Civil Engineering and Construction Staking Design Services on the USMC Camp Pendleton Bachelor Enlisted Quarters package 7 (BEQ 7).  The overall project consists of two independent project sites and a total of four BEQ’s.  The first project site is located in Area 52 and the second is located in Area 62 within Camp Pendleton.  This is a design-build project and PDC will be responsible for the project site aerial topography, site demolition, site grading, wet utilities, and supporting reports, coordination with design-build team and NAVFAC staff, and construction staking.  This project is targeted to achieve LEED Gold status.  Both BEQ projects will provide a total of 750 units, four supporting community buildings, amphitheaters, recreation area including basketball and volleyball courts, a rappelling tower, and off-site infrastructure improvements to support the new developments.
