SDG&E Line 3010 Retrofit

Project Design Consultants was chosen to provide general survey work, design services and research for the Line 3010 retrofit project.

The work has included researching property and easement descriptions using maps and records from the San Diego County Surveyor’s Office and documents provided by the Client. Then, tying to proper survey control, field surveyors have located monumentation and topographic features, including gas facilities at various sites along the line. From the field data, base maps have been prepared showing contours, gas facilities, and any other important features, as well as property and easement lines as directed by the Client. These base maps have then been used by the utility design engineers to upgrade and retrofit the gas facilities.
