Project Design Consultants provided civil engineering and survey services for the 13th & Market Street project.

The project consists of a 6-story multi-family, residential, mixed-use development consisting of over 20,000 square feet of ground level commercial and retail space. Upon completion, the development will also provide affordable housing to residents in approximately 263 units of residential space.

PDC will provide a range of services including plans for mass grading, traffic control, public street improvements, a drainage study, a Water Quality Technical Report (WQTR) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP).

Survey services include a topographic field survey, pothole exhibit/survey, an ALTA Survey, a parcel map, and construction staking.
