Project Design Consultants provided civil engineering, construction survey and environmental planning on the Padres ballpark (Petco Park).  As the lead civil engineer on the project, we provided a broad range of services including: hardscape plans for the utilities to serve the ballpark and surrounding five plazas and streets; land use studies; cost estimates; construction staking surveying; and construction management.  Our engineers also prepared conceptual design studies for a potential parking deck over nearby railyards and the extension of 16th Street over Harbor Drive.
