Project Design Consultants provided civil engineering services to the Omni Hotel and Condominium site in downtown San Diego.  The project consists of a 512-room, 32-story hotel adjacent to Petco Park, which also houses the Metropolitan condominium project.

Project Design Consultants services include site survey topography, tentative parcel map, parcel map, 3D final map, condo plans, grading plans, public improvement plans, sewer study, drainage study, encroachment and maintenance removal agreements, traffic control plans, cost estimates, civil portion of building plans (civil site plan, horizontal control plan), coordination (Client, architect, consultants), SWPPP plan (erosion control), dry utility coordination and construction administration.
