Project Design Consultants was selected by North County Transit Development District to provide as-needed engineering and surveying services on a 5-year, $10 million agreement. All survey and photogrammetry data has been collected on a single NAD 83 coordinate system for inclusion and base of future GIS database.  Survey and photogrammetry assignments to date include:

• PDC performed aerial photogrammetric mapping and design surveys for over ten miles of railroad R/W including infrared photography.
• PDC was tasked with reviewing all 3rd party Record of Surveys and subdivision maps adjoining or over NCTD's R/W.
• Set survey control at 1-mile increments for 60-mile coastal rail corridor; for various projects, PDC has performed aerial mapping/digital imagery, design surveys, hydrographic surveys, R/W surveys, prepare and file ROS of R/W.
