Project Design Consultants was selected to provide engineering and survey services for the Broadstone Little Italy development project.

 

PDC’s services included a due diligence report, grading and public improvement plans, a traffic control plan, an ALTA survey, and construction staking.

 

Located on the west side of Kettner Boulevard, between Fir and Grape Streets, the mixed-use development includes six stories of both retail and residential units.
