PDC provided the land planning and detailed site planning, lotting and grading studies, and the preparation of a tentative map for a 66-unit site at the northeast corner of Jefferson Road and SR 94 in the village of Jamul. The planning included 96 homes on one and two acre lots and the detailed design of a retail village with a historic residence focus.
PDC's responsibilities included public outreach, presentations to the Community Planning Group, and attendance and presentations to subcommittee meetings for this project prior to obtaining approval.
